How it is made
Every sign begins as a conversation about what the piece needs to do — whether it lives outdoors in full sun or under a covered porch affects the finish, the letter depth, and the wood. We design each layout in Carbide Create Pro, proof it digitally, and confirm with you before a single pass of the router. The V-carve process cuts each stroke of the letterform at a precise angle, creating depth and shadow that paint or vinyl simply cannot match.
Care instructions
The exterior lacquer is UV-resistant and water-repellent. Wipe clean with a damp cloth annually. Re-coat with a compatible exterior satin lacquer every 3–5 years in full-sun installations. Do not pressure-wash.
